INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING

Individual counseling specializing in the treatment of depression and anxiety throughout the lifespan: children (ages 5 and up), adolescents, and adults. 
 
 
Depression and anxiety are often present with other mental health disorders. Therefore, our therapists are also highly trained in the treatment of: ADD/ADHD, Autism Spectrum, anger management, mood disorders, personality disorders, adjustment disorders, OCD, PTSD, trauma, phobias, social anxiety, relationship struggles, self-esteem struggles, spiritual concerns, stress management, grief, self-harm, developmental disabilities, and drug/alcohol disorders.
